Susan Grant , Marquette, MI - We had a blast!
Barry Basiliere , San Antonio, TX - Scotland has been a destination that we've wanted to visit for a very long time. Having all the locations that Craftours set up ahead makes the trip seamless. Having first class hotels and private transportation available to us only made the experience that much better.
Cindy Giese , Herndon, VA - I loved my trip to Scotland. It was a remarkable experience with many varied activities.
Pam Doffek , Tallahassee, FL - As a whirlwind tour of 4 major cities it was wonderful. Just the right length of time. Holly was a perfect tour host and made everything run smoothly. Our bus drivers Calvin and Colin were professional, safe and friendly.
Kathleen Maldonado , Alto, NM - It was a wonderful tour with a knowledgeable guide.
Karen Uridel, Mentor, OH - I enjoyed visiting Scotland. We had a wonderful tour guide in Holly. The hotel was situated so conveniently to so many stores and sites. The cooking class was great fun. I learned how to make scotch eggs.
Ann Rogers, Plainfield, NH - "The hotel location in Edinburgh was perfect. Walking distance to everything."
Karla Murphy, Sioux Falls, SD - "I thoroughly enjoyed the fellow travelers on this tour. Such a friendly and kind group!"
Gail Warnes, Ashland, OH - "I loved my experience in Edinburgh, Scotland! The architecture and historic sites were wonderful, the activities were fun, and there was a great variety of shops and restaurants. Our hotel was lovely, and the daily breakfasts were delicious. The dinners included with the tour were at the hotel as well and were very well prepared."
Deborah Redman, Newfield, NY - "Awesome. Saw great architecture and heard history."
Jane Allm, Salem, OR - "It was a lovely tour of a beautiful country. There were ups and downs but I feel I saw the country. I would do it again with a few changes. The tour group was wonderful."
Katherine Sherman, Fruitland, ID - "Scotland was a great place to tour."
Kathleen Blakey, Vista, CA - "What a beautiful country to visit! I enjoyed all the places we visited from castles, weavers to cooking class. The group of people from all over the US made the trip very enjoyable. The accommodation were wonderful and would not expect less from a Craftour experience!"
Karen M Palmer, Burbank, WA - "The tour was good, it was a lifetime travel that I will probably never get to do again. So all trivial things aside, It was awesome and I can not imagine trying to put a trip together of this magnitude during a pandemic. My hat is off to you and your team. It was great. Thank you!"
Gay Prater, Elkin, NC - "Good value for the cost."
Liz Berry, Chesapeake, VA - "Scotland is amazing. The attractions we got the privilege to see were simply beautiful. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give us a wealth of information and to help put things in perspective. Scotland is a country worth visiting again and again."
Paula Von Winckelmann, Paso Robles, CA - "This trip was amazing. The central location and quality of the hotel, Radisdon Blu was perfect. The guides were great, food exceptional."
Sarah Curtis, Farmington, ME - "Fantastic place to visit."
Sallie Sirhal, Kingston, RI - "We had beautiful weather in Edinburgh and visited interesting historical and contemporary venues."
Vicki Brown, Moreno Valley, CA - "I am truly enjoying the tour that your company has put together. Mary Ellen really keeps us at a nice pace. I have seen the various sites and have had time to shop and enjoy the food at the local restaurants around the hotel. The best thing I love is we stay in the one hotel and get plenty of rest. I enjoyed the workshop on the Scottish Wishing Doll and have made a pattern to use for future. Heika’s workshop on quilt meditation was very enjoyable; using pieces of fabric to just create and let our mind go. My sister is a quilter and this has given me an idea to use a small flat cloth bag and put in it odds and ends along with blank cards so when she travels she has a meditation bag and can relax and create. Tomorrow, we go to Glasgow where my mom’s parents were raised and found each other. Just wanted to share. I have been on the bus with Mary Ellen and Heika - they are concerning and watch over us. Holly was so great as she helped get me to see the Crown Jewels so I wouldn’t regret not seeing them. Truly enjoyable."
