We are delighted to welcome you to the Craftours family and introduce you to our Craftours Passport Program, a special loyalty initiative created exclusively for our frequent travelers. This passport symbolizes your connection to our community and rewards your passion for travel, creativity, and adventure with Craftours.
Our program offers a variety of exciting rewards, perks, and even travel credits, with four achievement levels based on how often you travel with us: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level unlocks greater benefits as you continue exploring the world with Craftours.
Here is how it works in a few simple steps:
- Reserve your space on any upcoming tour. This is how your passport becomes active.
- If you have traveled with us before, send us a list of your previous Craftours trips, including destination and date. We will honor every trip you have taken since our first tours in 1995.
- We will verify your history, issue, and stamp your passport.
- You will receive your passport along with your travel documents and you are ready to go.
- Bring your passport on each future Craftours adventure so our travel managers can stamp it and record the details of your journeys.
Please note that passports will not be mailed out in advance. Your Craftours Passport becomes active once you join your next tour.
This program is our way of saying thank you for your loyalty and enthusiasm. We are proud to continue offering high-quality travel experiences around the world to you, your family, and your friends, and we look forward to stamping your passport again and again.

To qualify for our Craftours Rewards Program, all tours must be verified by the Craftours corporate office and officially stamped in your Craftours Passport. Each traveler is responsible for submitting a list of the tours they have participated in with Craftours. We are proud to honor all Craftours experiences dating back to 1995.
Craftours “Cocoons” are also recognized as valid tours and count toward your status in the Frequent Traveler Program. Passports are distributed while traveling on tour and are included with your travel documents. Please note that passports will not be mailed prior to travel.
Awards are presented at the conclusion of tours to qualifying participants. Some rewards are issued only once when a certain level is achieved and are not repeated after each tour. For example, upon reaching a qualifying level, only one Amazon gift card will be awarded.
If you have reached a new level and are eligible for additional benefits or rewards, these may be redeemed after the completion of your next tour. The Craftours Frequent Traveler Awards Program becomes active once participants have booked or are scheduled on a future Craftours journey.
