FREQUENT TRAVELER PASSPORT

We are very happy to announce our brand-new frequent traveler program at Craftours! It is a loyalty program that will give you an opportunity to receive all kinds of wonderful rewards, perks and even travel dollars! It works like most other travel rewards where there are different levels, based on the frequency of your travel with Craftours.

The four levels are Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level offers more and more rewards as you increase the number of trips you have taken with us. Here is how it works in a very basic, step by step process……

Reserve your space on an upcoming tour. (This is how the passports are activated.)

Send us the tours you have participated in in the past. (Destination and date)

We will verify everything, issue and stamp your passport.

You will receive your passport on your next tour, and you are good to go!

Each time you travel, bring your passport with you, and our travel managers will stamp it, and fill in the details.

Please note, no passports will be mailed out, nor will the program be active until you travel on your next tour with Craftours.

To qualify for our rewards program, all trips must be verified by the Craftours home office and individual Craftours passports stamped with the corresponding tours. It is the responsibility of each individual to send us the list of tours they have participated on with Craftours. We will honor all tours as far back as the year 2000. Craftours cocoons may be used as valid tours and can be counted towards our Frequent Traveler’s Program. Passports are distributed when participants are traveling on their next tour. No passports will be mailed. Awards are given at the completion of the tours for qualifying participants. Please note, some awards are a one-time only award and not given at the end of each tour. For example, once a certain level is reached only one Amazon gift card is given. If you have reached a certain level and are entitled to benefits and rewards of that level, you may only redeem these awards when your next tour is completed. The Craftours Frequent Travel Awards Program is only activated when participants have booked a future tour or are already scheduled on an existing tour. We reserve the right to deny these rewards to anyone who has been removed from traveling with Craftours in the future or whom management feels is not qualified. Cost of a replacement passport is $50.
