Craftours opened its doors in April 1995 and we will soon be celebrating our 30 years in business.  We are not only the largest and longest running tour operator in the world for people who craft, but we are also the largest travel planner for niche market tours.  Our specialty is crafting the perfect travel experience for you, that is truly a once-in-a-lifetime trip you will never forget.  Other companies can organize a tour to a variety of destinations around the world, but it is our goal to provide an “experience” as you learn more about the culture, traditions, food, arts and crafts and people in every place we go.

Our office is located in Spring Valley, Illinois, and we are a dedicated, hard-working staff whose goal is to plan the greatest trip you have ever experienced.  We have Craftours professional travel managers who travel on each trip we plan, as well as knowledgeable and friendly tour guides in over 75 countries around the world.  As a tour operator we must rely on other companies and people to take care of our guests, and that is why we have a preferred list of hotels, airlines, motor coach companies, artists, and organizations we work with on a regular basis. They represent us in first-class fashion and provide the quality of service we have built our reputation on.
